COMPLIANCE

Taking Compliance Seriously

At Northern Power Force, we are deeply committed to full compliance with all local labour laws and regulations in every region where we operate. We ensure that all team members—whether directly employed or subcontracted—are engaged through locally compliant solutions that uphold the highest legal and ethical standards. From securing necessary registrations to ensuring correct tax contributions from the outset, we align every aspect of our operations with in-country legal frameworks.

Our workforce is appropriately registered and socially insured in the country of deployment, and where applicable, classified as Posted Workers under European regulations. We maintain full transparency around wages, deductions, and allowances, and adhere strictly to any relevant Collective Bargaining Agreements. We also support our team members in claiming eligible tax allowances and reliefs to ensure complete compliance with local tax requirements.

At Northern Power Force, compliance is not just a requirement—it’s a cornerstone of our integrity. We maintain all essential certifications and registrations in each country of operation, including F-Tax in Sweden and KvK registration in the Netherlands. Our goal is to ensure a fully transparent, legally sound engagement process that protects both our workforce and our clients.
